Grand Knight’s Message

Greetings brother knights, families, and social members,

Spring has sprung and summer is right around the corner. It’s already in the high 80’s, but thank goodness low humidity. We definitely can’t complain.

I just watched a virtual Ohio K of C convention this weekend. I’m sorry to report that we had no local winners in the cash bonanza drawing. I want to thank brother Don White Jr. for his continued dedication on chairing this all important charity campaign. I also want to thank all who bought / sold tickets this year and years past. In my mind everyone who participated is a winner. As stated many times before, this campaign will help replenish our charity fund that is passed forward.

Please keep brother James Joseph and his family in your prayers due to his recent passing.

I’d like to finish this months message with a little personal reflection – on this anniversary of my 5th year as Grand Knight of Council 3410, I want to thank my fellow officers who have helped me perform my duties in a professional manner. I also want to thank all my brother knights for their support throughout my term. Last but not least, I want to thank the many social members and friends of our council. Without all of us working together, our council would not be as successful as it has been. I guess my five years can be summed up in one word – “thankful.”
