South Akron Knights of Columbus

Council 3410

How’s your summer going? Easy question but I’m sure possibly some different answers. Here in the Akron area we have been blessed with some very nice weather. Even so, I’m sure some will say too rainy while there’s will say too hot.

I think we should take time to thank God for our many blessings and pray for those less fortunate around the nation and world. Excessive heat and fires in the West. Excessive heat and flooding in the South and Southwest. Flooding in Europe and Asia. We have been pretty lucky.

Again, I think we need to thank God for his many blessings. Go to church. You can thank God formally there. St. Mattress doesn’t count. Life can change at the drop of a hat or the side of a building. Again, take time to thank God for our many blessings and pray for those less fortunate.

How’s your summer going? Keep brother Ken Minrovic in your prayers after a recent fall. He has been in rehab and the hospital, and as of this writing is recovering. We certainly do appreciate all that Ken does for this counsel as our office manager. We are getting by in his absence but it reminds us of all of the small things he does behind the scenes that keep us running. Prayers for a speedy recovery and we look forward to your return!

God Bless,
